Beginning at a post oak stump, John Yarbrough’s northwest corner and running with the lines of a tract of land sold to J. C. Byard and wife, as follows : North 83 West 26 poles, North 56 ½ West 26 ½ poles; thence South 64 West 26 poles, to a stone on north edge of road; thence leaving the road North ½ West 26 poles to a stone near Southwest corner of a barn; thence down the bottom of foot of hill South 81 ¼ West 42 ½ poles to a stone in Sam Lyle’s East boundary line, in the Northwest corner of the tract sold to J. C. Byard and wife; thence with Lyle’s line North 3 ½ East 87 ½ poles to a stone; thence with Dave Lyle’s line North 75 East 20 poles to an oak at branch S.M. Byard’s Bumpus tract; thence with said line South 4 ½ West 153 poles to the beginning, containing 77 ¼ acres, more or less. Said property is the same property conveyed by Lawrence Jones et ux to Raymond L. Frazier et ux by deed recorded in Deed Book 170, Page 155, of the Register’s Office for Montgomery County, Tennessee.
