Beginning at a stake in the southwestern side of Centergrove Road, corner of Lots Nos. 32 and 56, and runs thence S. 45-17 E. 150 ft. with the southwestern edge of Centergrove Road to a stake at the intersection with Eastwood Drive; thence S. 51-35-30 W. 125 ft. with the northeastern edge of Eastwood Drive to a stake, front corner of Lots Nos. 32 and 33; thence N. 41-51-00 W. 149.17 ft. with the line of Lot No. 33 to a stake, back corner of Lots Nos. 32 and 33 in the line of Lot No. 56; thence N. 51-35-30 E. 116 ft. with the line of Lot No. 56 to the point of beginning.
