The total past due tax amount is $806.20 (includes 2009, 2010 and 2011 taxes). There is a well and septic on the parcel and electricity is available. There was a mobile home on the property, which is no longer there. According to the Assessor, there was debris left on the lot when the mobile home was removed. The property is in the Town of Meenon. The picture below is of the general area, not this particular parcel.
