The status of water, power, sewer and utilities is unknown. There are residences in the area. The APN# is 21-061-01-016. The legal description is ’095400 – Brook Ridge, Lot 0075, Section 6, Township 2 Range 71, Quarter Section Total’’.
There is a residence on the parcel. According to the County Assessor, the structure was built in 1964 and is a 400 square foot residential building. The building is without a bath, does not having heating and is in ‘sub-standard’ condition.
