Description: Estate’s interest in 50% ownership of 10 acres of vacant land near Dell City, Texas. The land is located near FM 1437, Dell City, TX 79837. The status of water, power, sewer and utilities is unknown. The APN# is 55941. The legal description is ’70, TSP 1 Sec 20 T & P Rancho Verde Lot 13C (10 Acres)’.
2012 taxes were approximately $60.09 and have not been paid. 2011 taxes were also $60.09 and have also not been paid. Total past due taxes and late fees are approximately $307.74 per the County treasurer’s office and may be slightly higher after 5/1/13.

Location Info: The property is located near Farm to Market Road 1437 and is approximately 2 miles south of Dell City. According to the County Appraisal office it is near the state line with New Mexico and also near Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Dell City is located approximately 90 miles east of El Paso and approximately 95 miles southwest of Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Liens: There is a total due in past due taxes in the amount of approximately $307.74 per the county treasurer’s office. We do not know of any other liens.
