The 2012 taxes of $1032.01 have not been paid and the past due taxes are $4024.13 (includes 2010 thru 2012 plus interest and late fees). The picture below is of the general area in Lancaster, not of this particular parcel. The Assessed FCV for the parcel is $77,244.
