According to the Assessor, this parcel is on S. Desert View Rd, near Lake Havasu. It is zoned Residential Rural. According to the Assessor, it is unknown whether there is water or electric on or near the property. The 2012 taxes of $47.32 have not been paid. Past due taxes are $49.21 as of 01-03-2013, payable by the Buyer.The picture below is of the general area, not this particular parcel. The assessed FCV is $5,478.
