Claims:

• Any and all claims of the Seller and/or his bankruptcy estate for deferred compensation and/or bonuses, unpaid salary in whatever form, including without limitation from DHE, LLC, SKYE Petroleum, Inc. and any other person, company or entity;
• Any and all equity interests of the Seller and/or his bankruptcy estate in any and all companies, including without limitation, DHE, LLC, SKYE Petroleum, Inc. (including without limitation 391,667 shares of SKYE Petroleum, Inc. listed in the schedules), Abraxis Petroleum Corporation (including without limitation the 3 shares listed in the schedules), Premier America (A.O.D.), Vector Energy Solutions;
• A 3.33% working interest in an oil well in Caddo Point and a 5.0% working interest in another oil well in Caddo Point and Endurall has reserved the right to exclude these working interests from the sale or have them bought in the name of a separate and distinct designee;
• Any and all other non-exempt property of the Seller or his bankruptcy estate whatsoever, other than the Excluded Property (as defined herein), except litigation. Excluded Property means the actions under §548 or any other applicable section of the Bankruptcy Code against the Gilberts or Greg Edwards and the estate’s claim against the Seller, his spouse or the IRS to collect the prepayment by the Seller or his spouse of the Seller’s 2015 federal income tax liability to the IRS.
