Lahmer as recorded in Volume 333, Page 429, Summit County Records; thence along Lahmer’s West line South 3 deg. 7’ West 125.08 feet to an iron pipe; thence on a line which is at right angles to said Hametown-Richfield Road North 86 deg. 45’ West 696.64 feet to the place of beginning (an iron bar is set South 86 deg. 45’ East 30 feet from this point) and containing two (2) acres of land as surveyed by J.A. Gehres Surveyor and D.T. Kingsley, Assistant. The above-described parcel of land is part of land deeded to the Ohio Investors Mortgage Co. by deed recorded in Vol.1316, page 152 of the Summit County Record of Deeds.
