All that certain tract or parcel of land lying in Rowanty District, Dinwiddie County, Virginia, containing thirty seven and one-half (37 ½) acres, more or less, bounded on the north and west by the land of Anthony Brown; on the east by the land of Pegram; and on the south by the Oliver Road. It being the identical tract of land conveyed to Green Pegram by deed recorded April 29, 1920 from P.A. Mitchell, et al. in D.B. 41, page 508 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Dinwiddie County, Virginia.
