The parcel of real property is more specifically described as “[a] certain lot of ground, with all improvements thereon, together with all rights and servitudes thereunto appertaining, situated on the east side of Bayou Teche within the corporate limits of the City of New Iberia, Louisiana, containing and measuring Fifty-five (55’) feet front on Johnson Street, by a depth of Ninety (90’) feet, more or less, between parallel lines, and bounded on the North by the said Johnson Street, on the South by W. LaSalle Street, on the East by Ed LaSalle, or assigns, and on the West by Washington Polk, or assigns. Being a portion of Lots 50 and 51 of the City Map made by O. P. Guilfoux”.
