Sale of two pieces of real estate located in Madison County, Arkansas, described as below:

• TRACT #1: - Mobile home and 1.13 acres, more or less. A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4)of Section Twenty-Two (22), 69/100 of an acre and part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), 30/100 of an acre, and all being in Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Twenty-six (26) West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Arkansas and being more fully described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) for a point of beginning, thence West 2.15 chains to a stake, thence South 3.18 ½ chains to a stake, thence East 2.15 chains to section line, thence East 92 links to west side of State Highway No. 23 right of way, thence North and East along said right of way 3.19 ½ chains to a stake, thence West along forty line 1.03 ½ chains to place of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less;
• TRACT #2: - House and one acre, more or less. A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22 and a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 26 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point which is South 210.21' and East 83.86' of the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, said point being in the center line of Arkansas Highway #23 and running thence with said center line S03E45'57"E 100.62', S07E31'32"E 110.76', thence leaving said center line 246.87', thence North 210.21', thence East 225.76' to the point of beginning, containing 1.13 acres, more or less, subject to that portion in road right-of-way on the East side of herein described tract and easements of record, if any.
