Online Auction Sale of three tracts of land located in Faulkner County, Arkansas, and more described as below:

• Tract 1-3 acres: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 32, T5N, Rl 1W, described as beginning at a point on the north line of said SE1/4 NE 1/4 which is 84 feet east of the northwest comer of said SE1/4 NE 1/4, and run thence south 172.8 feet; thence east 754 feet to the center line of Arkansas Highway No. 107; thence along said center line, north by 01 degree 15 minutes west a distance of approximately 172.8 feet to the north line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence west 754 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less;
• Tract 2-2.94 acres: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 32, Township 5, North, Range 11 West, Described as follows: From the northwest corner of said SE 1/4 NE1/4 of Section 32, Township 5, North, Range 11 West, run East 84 feet; thence South 355.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 172.9 feet; thence East 785 feet to the center line of Highway No. 107; thence North by 08 degrees 56 minutes West along the centerline of said highway a distance of approximately 173 feet, to a point which is due East of the point of beginning; thence West 785 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less. SUBJECT TO all rights of way, covenants and restrictions, easements and all other reservations of record;
• Tract 3-13.33 acres: The E 1/3 SE 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 25, Township 5 North, Range 12 West. ALSO an easement over and across the south 25 feet of the S Vi NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 5 North, Range 12 West, for the purpose of providing access and egress to and from the above described lands. This conveyance is made pursuant to an order of the Chancery Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, in Cause #83-528 therein, in conjunction with which the grantor herein was in his capacity as Executor of the Last will and Testament of Elizabeth Cartwright, deceased, ordered and directed to convey unto Betty Paul, Jerry W. Cartwright, Patsy Kahn, John Lynn Cartwright, Jo Ann Belz, and Mary Cartwright, a common easement over the south twenty-five (25) feet of the S Vz NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 5 North, Range 12 West, and all rights acquired hereunder by the grantee shall be and are subject to the aforesaid easement rights so ordered and directed by the Chancery Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, in the aforementioned cause.
