Sale of three Real properties located in Louisiana, Described below:

1. A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND known as TRACT 5 of a part of Lot 11, Woodland Plantation, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, and as more fully shown on map and survey by H. O. Landry, C.E., No. 370, dated March 22, 1948.
2. 1616 MAIN STREET, LAPLACE: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, on the left bank of the Mississippi River, measuring 95 feet on Main Street (formerly Ory-Hammond Highway), and extending therefrom a distance of 1000 feet, more or less, on the river side and approximately 1000 feet, more or less, on its woods or lake side, and having at said depth a width of 85 feet, more or less, bounded on the river side by Lot No. 3; on the woods or lake side by Lot No. 5; and on the lower side by Main Street (Hammond Highway) and on the upper side by the property of Armand Montz.
