Auction Sale of three real properties, and more described as below:

• Approximately 58.97 acres with improvements consisting of a house and pole barn (“FSA Property”) described as: All that part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty- Five (35), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Nineteen (19) East of the Indian Meridian, Craig County, Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, LYING SOUTH AND EAST of a certain tract of land taken by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, which said tract is described as follows, viz: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said W/2 NW/4, thence South along the West line of said W½ NW¼ a distance of 1691.8 feet; thence East along a line parallel to the North line of said W½ NW¼ a distance of 40 feet; thence North 22° 44’ East a distance of 384.8 feet; thence North 42° 42’ East a distance of 1677.4 feet to a point on the East line of said W½ NW¼; thence North along said East line a distance of 114.8 feet to the Northeast corner of said W½ NW¼, thence West along the North line of said W½ NW¼ to the Point of Beginning.
• Approximately 39 acres of pasture land adjacent to the south of the FSA Property (“Ranch Land”) described as: The North 990 feet of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Nineteen (19) East of Indian Meridian, Craig County, Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof; and
• Lots Numbered Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Numbered Twenty-eight (28) in the Townsite of LANGLEY, Mayes County, State of Oklahoma, according to the official Survey and Plat filed thereof, a/k/a 510 E. 2nd Street, Langley, Oklahoma 74350 (the “Langley House”).
