The legal description of property is as follows: The East Half of Lot 8 and all of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12 in Block 123 in the Town Company’s Addition to the City of Kiowa, Barber County, Kansas;
• Property 2 for $8,000: The real property is located in Barber County, Kansas, commonly known as 1101 Rumsey Street and 0 Rumsey Street, Kiowa, Kansas. The legal description of property is as follows: Tract 1: Lots 1 and 2 in Block 120 in the Town Company’s Addition to the City of Kiowa, Barber County, Kansas. Tract 2: Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Block 120 in the Town Company’s Addition to the City of Kiowa, Barber County, Kansas;
• Property 3 for $29,000: The real property is located in Barber County, Kansas, commonly known as 718 Dickinson St., Kiowa, Kansas. The legal description of property is as follows: Lot 10 and the East 10 feet of the vacated alley adjacent to said Lot 10, in Block 52, in the City of Kiowa, Barber County, Kansas; and
