ALSO Part of Government Lot 5, in Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 12 West, Town of Tainter, Dunn County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Gullick’s Addition to the Town of Tainter, Dunn County, Wisconsin, for the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence on an unassumed bearing of South 00º 20’ 08” West, along the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 197.51 feet to an iron pipe meander corner; thence continuing South 00º 20’ 08” West, 52 plus or minus feet to the northeasterly shore of Lake Tainter; thence North 00º 20’ 08” East, 52 plus or minus feet to the above iron pipe meander corner; thence South 86º 54’ 04” West, along a meander line 21.68 feet to an iron pipe meander corner; thence South 01º 56’ 25” West, 25 plus or minus feet to said Northeasterly shore; thence North 01º 56’ 25” East, 25 plus or minus feet to the above iron pipe meander corner; thence continuing North 01º 56’ 25” East, 198.70 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89º 39’ 28” East, 16.08 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel containing .11 acres more or less. It I the intent of this description to include all lands lying between the above described meander line and the Northeasterly shore of Lake Tainter and between the side lines of the above description as said line are produced thru the meander corners to said shore.
