Said lot No. 42 fronts 35.2' on Rogers Street and extends back along the line of Lot No. 41 on the Eastern side and the right of way of the Monongahela Railway Company on the Western side a distance of 120' to said Lot No. 37 on which said lot it adjoins a distance of 37.7'. Said Lot No. 37 fronts 40' on Hall Street and extends back with uniform width along the rear lines of said Lots Nos. 36, 39, 40, 41 and 42 a distance of 197.7' and along the line of Lot No. 36 in said Addition a distance of 197.8' to the right of way of said Monongahela Railway Company, and being part of the same real estate conveyed to Union Oil Company of California, a California corporation by Morgantown Security and Development Company, a corporation by deed dated March 20, 1922 and of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book No. 180, Page 126, subject to any and all restrictions, covenants, conditions, zoning ordinances, rights-of way and easements of record, if any, affecting said land.”
