Sale of lot containing 0.15 aceres located near the Winfield docks on the Kanawha River and West Virginia Route 34 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly right of way line of the K & M Railroad at its intersection with the center line of a culvert under the said railroad, which culvert lies southwesterly or down river from West Virginia Route 34, and in a southerly direction from Wild Cat Hollow, which point is on the northern bank of the Kanawha River; thence N. 49° 10' E., 50 feet to a point on the river bank in the southwesterly line of West Virginia Route34 and which said point is approximately 10 feet west of the western line of the cindered surface of said West Virginia Route 34; thence S. 48° 40' E., 112 feet to a point in the Kanawha River; thence S. 49° 10' W., 65 feet to a point in the Kanawha River; thence N. 40° 50' W., 111 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.15 acre, as shown on a plat thereof made James Sell, Registered CE dated December 28,1951, and being a part of Lot 7 of the S. E. Leach Estate.
