Sale of real property located in Nelson, Mecklenburg County, Virginia, described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Clarksville Magisterial District, Mecklenburg County, Virginia, being part of the home tract of Nannie F. Hayes and husband lying on Virginia State Road 734 and bounded as follows: on the north by Virginia State Road 734, on the east by lands now or formerly owned by Floyd Jones, on the south by lands now or formerly owned by Nannie F. Hayes, and on the west by the Plantation Road on the land of the said Nannie F. Hayes. The southerly boundary line goes to a Spanish Oak on the southeast corner and is marked by an iron stob on the southwest corner. LESS AND EXCEPT HOWEVER, TWELVE (12) ACRES conveyed by Cecil Gray Talley, et ux, by deed dated July 3, 1991 and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, Virginia in Deed Book 409, page 628. This is the identical property which was conveyed to Graham E. Hayes, et ux, from Nannie F. Hayes, et vir, by deed dated January 19, 1948 and of record in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 127, page 597. Being the same property conveyed by Deed of Gift dated January, 1992 from Graham E. Hayes and Helen C. Hayes, party of the first part, to Deborah H. Pulliam and Timothy Graham Hayes, as Tenants in Common and of record in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 418, pages 45 – 46.
