Sale of Real Property located in Monroe County, Tennessee. LYING and BEING in the First Civil District of Monroe County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING on the northerly side of State Highway No. 68, at the West corner of the McGhee property, and running thence westerly with the highway 178½ feet to a corner; thence turning and running in a northerly direction on a severance line with other lands of Breeden, 120 feet to a corner; thence turning and running easterly on a severance line with other lands of Breeden 72 feet to a corner on the McGhee line; thence running southerly with the McGhee line 150 feet to the point of BEGINNING. THERE is also conveyed herewith the right to use water on the adjacent property of Breeden together with rights of ingress and egress to the well on the Breeden successors, and assigns, shall pay one-half (½) of maintaining the well and pump on the Breeden property. This property is improved with a mobile home, Serial No. GI19910. MAP 34 PARCEL 95 For prior title see Warranty Deed Book 288, page 211 in the Register’s Office for Monroe County, Tennessee, from which this description was taken. The description is the same as in prior deeds. No new survey was made.
