Jackson, Deed Book number 320, page 257; thence, with said road right-of-way N04°06'00" East 177.50 feet to a newly placed W' rebar, said point being the southwest corner of parcel number 78, belonging to Frances Campbell, Deed Book 324, page 209; thence leaving said road right-of-way S81 °51 '00" East 345.00 feet to an existing W' conduit, said point being the northwest corner of parcel number 75, belonging to Pauline Sparks, Deed Book 303, page 319; thence S04°00'00" West 154.65 feet to an existing W' conduit, said point being the northeast corner of the first mentioned Shirley Jackson tract; thence N85°38'53" West 344.41 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.31 acres, more or less, as per survey by 0.D. Pugh, Jr. , RLS #699, 813 Livingston Road, Crossville, Tennessee, dated October 12, 1995. Being property acquired by Robert W. Agee, by Warranty Deed from James E. McKee dated June 20, 2000 and recorded in Book 1057, page 319, in the Register's Office for Cumberland County, Tennessee.
