Soboleski, et ux, Deed Book 201 at Page 111; thence along line of said Parcel No. 1, South thirty (30) degrees twenty-five (25) minutes West one hundred eleven and sixteenths (111.6) feet to a point in the center of a forty (40) foot wide of right-of-way thence along the center of said forty (40) foot wide of right-of-way, North fifty-six (56) degrees twenty-eight (28) minutes West one hundred and one (101) feet to a point in the center of said forty (40) foot wide right-of-way; thence North thirty-six (36) degrees fifty one (51) minutes East one hundred twenty-five and one-tenth (125.1) feet to a point in the project line of the Pennsylvania Power and Light Company; thence along said project line, South forty-seven (47) degrees nine (09) minutes East eighty-nine and thirty-two onehundredths (89.32) feet to the place of beginning.
