  1. Tract 1: Section 30-9N-26E, 80 Acres and Section 6-8N-26E, 65 Acres. Total of 145 Acres. Seller represents that the purchase price is $250,125.00 for Tract 1 as set forth in the “Real Estate Contract.” Seller requests the Court’s permission to sell the property for the purchase price. Further, the Seller requests that the proceeds of the sale, namely $250,125.00, be applied to satisfy the first mortgage debt which belongs to Central National Bank, Poteau and the second Mortgage held by Farm Service Agency That the proposed purchaser of the property is Phillip Sebo.
  2. Tract 2: Section 32-9N-26E, 193 acres. Seller represents that the purchase price is $323,275.00 for Tract 2 as set forth in the “Real Estate Contract.” Seller requests the Court’s permission to sell the property for the purchase price.
