Sale of 4.5 acres of real estate including a house, and all attachments, including the unattached garage, small cattle shed, and pond encumbered by prepetition liens in favor of Town & Country Bank Midwest, located in Lewis County, Missouri, more particularly described as:
A tract of land lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 60 North, Range 7 West, Lewis County, Missouri and being more fully described as follows to-wit: Commencing at the South Quarter corder of said Section 2; thence South 89 degrees, 54 minutes and 41 seconds West along the South line of said Section and along Napa Street 265.20 feet to the True Point of Beginning, from which point a 5/8" iron pin bears North 02 degrees, 21 minutes and 47 seconds West 30.91 feet; thence continue South 89 degrees, 54 minutes and 41 seconds West along South line and along said Napa Street 335.35 feet to a point from which a 5/8" iron pin bears North 02 degrees, 21 minutes and 49 seconds West 26.72 feet; thence North 02 degrees, 21 minutes and 49 seconds West leaving said South line and said Napa Street 583.98 feet to a 5/8" iron pin; thence North 89 degrees, 18 minutes and 32 seconds East 335.23 feet to a 5/8" iron pin; thence South 02 degrees, 21 minutes and 47 seconds East 587.50 feet to the Point of beginning, containing 4.5 Acres, more or less, with the above described being subject to that portion now being used for public road purpose and subject to other easements and rights-ofway record or not of record, if any.
