A certain building and lots described as Lot Nos. 6, 7A, and 17E of Block 24 of the city of Starkville, Mississippi, according to the A. L. Goodman official map (1851 Edition) of the city of Starkville, County of Oktibbeha, Mississippi, on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, to which reference is here made; and being further described as commencing at the Southeast corner of a lot conveyed to J. M. Ball by Lucy and Mabel White by deed recorded in Deed Book 204 at Page 269 of the public land records of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, to which further reference is here made; said point being on the North side of the right-of-way of U. S. Highway 82. From said point run thence North 225 feet; thence run West 80 feet; thence run South 225 feet to the North line of the right-of-way of U. S. Highway 82; run thence East along the North side of the boundary line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 82, 80 feet to the point of beginning. This property being previously conveyed by deeds recorded in Deed Book 204 at Page 521 and Deed Book 249 at Page 238, all of the land records of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, to which reference is here made.
