A certain tract or parcel of land, situated in the Second Ward of Livingston Parish, Louisiana, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereon belonging or anywise appertaining, being described as that tract of land taken off the East side of Lee A. Felps’ land described as commencing at the Northeast corner of the Felps’ place and run West along the highway approximately 115 feet to a canal that crosses the highway; then down the canal to the South line of Felps’ line and corner; thence East along South established line to Carpenter tract; thence North along the West Carpenter land and Holden West line to highway and place of beginning. The South line being 150 feet approximately and the East line being 374 feet approximately, said land located in Section 60, T-6-S, R-2-E, G.L.D., Parish of Livingston, State of Louisiana, acquired by Richard A. Cox and Margaret S. Cox by act recorded in Conveyance Book 83, Page 530 of the records of said parish and state.
