Highway 4178, thence proceeding in a westerly direction along the north right of way line of la, Highway 4178, a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing in a westerly direction along the north right of way line of la. Highway 4178, a distance of 150 feet; thence proceeding in a northerly direction perpendicular to said highway, a distance of 2100 feet, more or less, to the north line of said Lot One (1); thence proceeding in an easterly direction along the north line of said Lot one (1), a distance of 150 feet; thence proceeding in a southerly direction perpendicular to said highway, a distance of 2100 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Said tract being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by Lot Ten (10) of said plat; south by U.S. Highway 4178; East by property by John Melvin Joubert; and West by property of John Melvin Joubert, and West by Property of John Mitchell Joubert.
