Sale of real property located in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, which includes:

• ITEM I: A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Ward 1, St. Landry Parish, La., containing 50 acres, more or less, and lying and being in Section 14, Township 7 South, Range 3 East, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by public road separating this property from the property of Mrs. Lawrence J. Daly Estate, et al or assigns; south by M. Lavergne, et al or assigns; on the east by George C. Wilson or assigns, and on the west by Kurby Mouille or assigns. Being the same property acquired by Hubert Paul Vidrine, Jr. and Tammy Joubert Vidrine from L L Investment Properties, LLC by Act of Cash Sale filed on April 5, 2007 under Act No. 979984 COB Y-42 Page 722 of the records of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.
• ITEM II (A): A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements, thereon, situated in Section Sixteen (16), Township Seven South, Range Three East (T-7-S, R-3-E), St. Landry Parish, containing One and 934/1000 (1.934) Acres, and identified as TRACT THREE-A (3-A) on Plat of Survey by Aldon A. Leblanc, Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 1998, attached to Act No. 824843 in Conveyance Book S-36, page 155 of the records of the Recorder's Office of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Said tract having such dimensions and configuration and boundaries as shown on said plat.
• ITEM II (B): A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Section Sixteen (16) Township Seven South, Range Three East (T-7-S, R-3-E), St Landry Parish, Louisiana, containing .076 Acre and identified as Tract Three-B (3-B) on Plat of Survey by Aldon A. Leblanc, Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 1998, attached to Act No. 824843 in Conveyance Book S-36, page 155 of the records of the Recorder's Office of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Said tract hiving such dimensions and configuration and boundaries as shown on said plat. Being the same property that Hubert Paul Vidrine, Jr. and Tammy Joubert Vidrine acquired from Joseph Weston Cormier and Audrey Bertha McBride Cormier on February 17, 1998 under Act No. 824950 in Conveyance Book S-36, page 280.
• ITEM III (A): A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or appertaining , containing ONE (1) ARPENT, situated in Section Fifteen (15), Township Seven South, Range Three East (T-7-S, R-3-E) St. Landry Parish, Louisiana (taken out of a 10.4 Acre tract hereafter described as Item No. 2), said lot located on La. Hwy. 357 approximately eight (8) miles south of the City of Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, and approximately one mile east of the Village of Lewisburg, said lot having a front of One Hundred Twenty Three (123') feet, more or less on the east side of La. Hwy. 357 by a depth between equal and parallel lines running in an easterly direction, measuring Two Hundred Ninety Nine and 7/10 (299.7') feet, more or less, and being bounded , now or formerly, as follows: North by Josephine Labbe Franchebois, et al South and East by the remainder of the 10.4 acre tract of Leander Labbe, et al and West by La. Hwy. 357. Being the same property that Hubert Paul Vidrine, Jr., et ux acquired from dallas Labbe, et al dated September 21, 2004 in Conveyance book R-40, page 888.
• ITEM III (C): A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or appertaining, containing THIRTEEN (13) ACRES located in Section Fifteen (15), township Seven South, range Three East (T-7-S, R-3-E), St. Landry Parish, Louisiana being the north thirteen (N/13) Acres of a 26.04 acre tract identified as LOTS "A", "B", "C", and "D", on a Plat of Survey by Wallace J. Hargrave, C.E., recorded as No. 648735 in COB C-23, page 672 and further identified as that portion of said larger tract lying north of the Bayou which transverses the larger tract. The said 13 acre tract bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by property of Claude J. Guidry III, East by property of Franchebois and/or Lavergne and West by property purchased by James Creek Morrison from Fontenot ad Guidry, Inc. and/or property of Leandre Labbe or assigns.
• ITEM IV: A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages, containing FIFTY NINE AND 344/1000 (59.344) ACRES, situated in Section Fifteen (15), Township Seven South, Range Three East (T-7-S, R-3-E), St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, said lot being more specifically designated as TRACT TWO (2) on a Plat of Survey made by Robert Wolfe, Jr., dated December 24, 2003, recorded with No. 919880 in Conveyance Book E-40, page 282 of the records of the Clerk of Court of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Said tract having a front of One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Four and 76/100 (1,834.76') feet on the east side of La. Hwy. 35, and a front of One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Five and 76/100 (1,285.76') feet on the north side of Sydney Charles Road, and bounded, now or formerly, as follows; North by Fontenot and Guidry, Inc. or assigns, South by Sydney Charles Road, East by Bertha and Mary Castille or assigns, and West by La. Hwy. 357.
