Sale of real property located in Village of Grosse Tete, State of Louisiana.

Legal Description:
A certain lot or parcel of land, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, located in Section 37, T. 7 S., R. 10 E., Iberville Parish, Village of Grosse Tete, State of Louisiana, and being a lot out of the 2.94 acre tract owned by Anthony Angelloz, and acquired by him from D. D. Angelloz by act of sale, dated May 10, 1953, passed before Samuel C. Cashio, Notary Public. The lot herein conveyed being more particularly described as follows; Said lot being located on the western side of Bayou Grosse Tete between said bayou and the black top highway running between the Towns of Grosse Tete and Rosedale; said lot commences at a point which forms and intersection of the eastern side of said highway, above mentioned, and the property of J. B. Landry et als, and which point is the northwestern corner of said 2.94 acre tract; thence from this point said lot extends in a southerly direction following along the eastern side of said highway for a distance of 120 feet; thence in an easterly direction towards Bayou Grosse Tete on a bearing of North 52 degrees 0’ East a distance of 257.3 feet, more or less, to the western bank of said bayou; thence in a northerly direction following the meandering bank of Bayou Grosse Tete to the northeastern corner of said 2.94 acre tract owned by Anthony Angelloz; thence in a westerly direction 257.3 feet along the northern line of said 2.94 acre tract to the eastern side of said highway and point of beginning; said lot herein conveyed being out of the extreme northern end of the 2.94 acre tract owned by Anthony Angelloz, and fronts on the eastern side of the highway, above mentioned, a distance of 120 feet and extends in an easterly direction between parallel lines to Bayou Grosse Tete, and is bounded on the west by public highway, North by lands of J. B. Landry, et als, East by Bayou Grosse Tete and South by the remainder of the said 2.94 acre tract belonging to Anthony Angelloz. Being the same property which was acquired by Edward Angelloz from Anthony Angelloz by act of cash sale dated September 14, 1956, passed before Neal D. Molloy, Notary Public, and duly of record in CB. 133, E. 168, of the conveyance records of Iberville Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property which was acquired by Glarphy J. Reed, from Edward Angelloz by act of cash sale dated February 4, 1963, passed before Neal D. Molloy, Notary Public, and duly of record in the conveyance records of Iberville Parish.
