by James C. Mosley, thence (1) North 46° 30' 00" West 202.23 feet along a fence with property of Charles C. Davis (DB 254/179) to a pin (all pins are 1/2" steel rods with a plastic cap stamped G. Sprague), (2) South 43° 31' 25" West 315.52 feet along a fence to a steel pin, (3) South 50° 00' 53" East 228.40 feet along the remainder of property of James Mosley to a pin, (4) North 38° 38' 41" East 302.61 feet along the fence with the property of Charles C. Davis to the point of beginning, said tract containing 1.53 acres as surveyed by W. R. Sprague, PLS 1834, Sturgis, Kentucky.
