Sale of real property located in Decauter County, Kansas, described as follows:
The South Half (S/2) and the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Five (5) South, Range Twenty-seven (27) West of the 6* P.M., Decauter County, Kansas, except that portion lying North of US Highway 383 and except the mineral interests on the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Five (5) South, Range Twenty-Seven (27) which are subject to a retained mineral interest of John Wishon and Family until 2023. Sellers are selling all of their mineral interests with respect to said property, and at the expiration of the retained mineral interests as set forth above, all mineral interests will pass to buyer.
