Beginning at a brass plug at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 12 North, Range 8 East, in Adams Township, Decatur County, Indiana, and running then south 00 degrees 14 minutes 05 seconds west (assumed bearing) 912.75 feet along the west line of said quarter section to a masonry nail in the center of U.S. Highway #421, thence south 58 degrees 19 minutes 05 seconds east 588.35 feet (previously described as 590.85 feet) along the center of said highway to a masonry nail and the point of beginning of this trat; thence continuing south 58 degrees 19 minutes 05 seconds east 356.6 feet along the center of said, highway to another masonry nail, thence south 24 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds west 246.20 feet to an iron stake, thence north 58 degrees 19 minutes 05 seconds west 356.60 feet to an iron rod at the southeast corner of a previously described 0.946 acre tract, thence north 24 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds east 246.20 feet along a fence line and the east line of said 0.946 acre tract to the point of beginning; containing 2.00 acres, more or less, and subject to the right of way of the public highway along the entire northeast side thereof.
