All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the former City of Athens, Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of West Hancock Avenue and North Billups Street, running thence in a southerly direction along the easterly side of North Billups Street 140 feet, more or less, to line of property now or formerly of Susie Winfrey Williams; running thence in an easterly direction along line of property now or formerly of Susie Winfrey Williams 73 feet to a point, running thence in a northerly direction 140 feet, more or less, along line of property now or formerly of Crawford Cobb to a point located on the southerly side of West Hancock Avenue 73 feet to said beginning point; The dwelling situate upon said tract of land being known and designated as 1195 West Hancock Avenue according to the present system of numbering in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia. This being the same property conveyed to Mattie Hill by Dennis A. Starks, Jr. and Thelma H. Starks by deed dated October 22,1974, recorded Deed Book 386, page 148, in said Clerk's Office.
