Sale of Real property in the unincorporated area of the County of Siskiyou, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 12, in Block 69 as shown on the map entitled “Mount Shasta Vista”, which map was filed for record in the Siskiyou County Recorder’s Office on September 1, 1965 in Book 3 of Town Maps, pages 88 through 112, inclusive.

Excepting from said lots any portion lying within streets and private roads as shown on said map, as granted to Mount Shasta Vista Property Owner’s Association, Inc., in the deed recorded on September 1, 1965 in Book 520 of Official Records of Siskiyou County, at page 203.

Together with an easement for ingress and egress over all roads shown as private roads on the above referenced map.
