• Lots Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-One (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24) of the Original Town of the City of Big Wells, Texas according to the map or plat recorded in Volume 2, Page 65A of the Plat Records of Dimmit County, Texas see attached Exhibit “B” for Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty. 
• The Northwest one-half (N.W. 1/2) of Lot One (1) in Block Number Twenty-Seven (27) of the Original Townsite of Mathis, San Patricio County, Texas, as shown by the map or plat thereof in Volume 1, Page 2A, map records, San Patricio County, Texas more commonly known as 301 E. San Patricio, Mathis, San Patricio County, Texas.
• Being a part of Tracts Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of the Matzenbaugh Subdivision, situated in San Patricio County, Texas, as shown by the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 11 of the Map Records of San Patricio County, Texas, being also a part of a 300 acre tract conveyed by George B. Hutchinson et ux to Mary Hutchinson Young, et all by Warranty Deed dated September 17, 1965, recorded in Volume 322, Page 105, of the Deed Records of San Patricio County, Texas more particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes and is the attached Exhibit “C” to this Order.
