Sale of Ownership Interest in Two real properties located in Texas, described as below:

• The Seller and Estate’s 1/4th undivided interest in and to: Description of 66.496 acres in Navarro County, Texas All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, being 66.496 acres situated in the WM. H. Ottiwell Survey, Abstract No. 631, in Navarro County, Texas, and being all of a called 50 acres described as First Tract and all of a called 25 acres tract described as Second Tract in Deed from Sallie Ware Brant to J. A. Daniel dated July 3, 1945, recorded in Volume 434 Page 14 of the Deed Records of Navarro County, Texas.
• The Seller and Estate’s 1/16th undivided interest in and to: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Navarro County, Texas in the Asa Chambers Survey and Wm. R. Bowen Survey, and known as the Daniel Lake Reserve tract, described as a 310-8/10 acres by instrument recorded in Volume 357, page 355 of the Deed Records of Navarro County, Texas, said tract by survey on the ground is found to contain 339-9/10 acres of land.
