Ottiwell Survey, Abstract No. 631, in Navarro County, Texas, and being all of a called 50 acres described as First Tract and all of a called 25 acres tract described as Second Tract in Deed from Sallie Ware Brant to J. A. Daniel dated July 3, 1945, recorded in Volume 434 Page 14 of the Deed Records of Navarro County, Texas. Said 66.496 acres are more fully described as follows; Beginning at a point in a creek for corner, corner as at the Southwest corner of the called 50 acres tract mention above, and a ½” rod brs. N 60° E at 25 feet; Thence up said creek with its meanders as follows; N 60° W 100 feet; N 31° 30’ W 100 feet; N 29° 30’ E 200 feet; N 32° W 100 feet; S 46° W 150 feet; N 43° W 200 feet; N 59° W 150 feet; N 34° W 125 feet; and N 25° 50’ 46” W 193.47 feet to a point in creek for corner, and a ½” rod brs. Ottiwell Survey, an iron pipe for corner at the SE corner of the Joe M. Daniel 102-2/10 acre tract described by deed recorded in Volume 467, page 269 of the Navarro County Deed Records; THENCE — with the E.B. line of said Daniel's tract, N 29 deg. 52 min. W 1490 feet, N 20 deg. W 500 feet and N 6 deg. 15 min. W 1040 feet to the NE corner of said Joe M. Daniel's tract in the N.B. line of said Asa Chambers Survey, also being the S.B. line of the Charles Tyler Survey; THENCE — N 60 deg. E with the S.B. Line of said Tyler Survey, at 2515 feet passing the North corner of said Chambers Survey and the West corner of said Win. R. Bowen Survey, at 3700 feet passing the North tip of Daniel Lake (in slough), at 5485 feet passing under St. Louis & Southwestern Railway tract (under bridge), and at 6320 feet the SE corner of said Tyler Survey and the North corner of said Wm. Bowen Survey on the West bank of the Trinity River, whence a 20 inch Elm bears S 60 W 50 feet; THENCE — down the West bank of Trinity River with its meanders; S 5 E 500 feet, S 8-1/4 W (and passing under said Railroad) 493 feet, S 17 W 550 feet, S 27 W 1000 feet, S 21 W 900 feet, S 32 W 400 feet, S 65 W 700 feet, and S 54 W 300 feet to the SW corner of said Bowen Survey, which is also the SE corner of said Asa Chambers Survey on River Bank; THENCE — on down said River bank S 48 W 1110 feet and S 24-1/2 W 327 feet to the SE corner of said Chambers Survey and the N corner of said Ottiwell Survey, being 35 feet S 30 W from a 26 inch pipe line; THENCE — S 59 W with the lines between said Chambers^Ottiwell Surveys and with a well marked line 1672 feet to the place of beginning, and. Containing 339-9/10 acres of land, of which 187 acres lies on said Chambers Survey and 152-9/10 acres covers all of the Wm. R. Bowen Survey.
