Sale of 1/2 Interest in Real Property located in Hopkins County, Texas, describe as follow:
The South One-Half of that certain tract or parcel of land situatedin Hopkins County, Texas, about 13 miles S. E. from the City ofSulphur Springs, on the waters of Coffee’s Creek, being a part of aleague and labor of land patented to James Reily assignee of LeviLanders, by Patent No. 762, Vol. 1, dated January 17, 1842,Abstract No. 548, and being a part of the East half of Block No. 6,of a subdivision of the said Levi Landers Survey, and described bymetes and bounds as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the S. E. corner of Block No. 1 of the said LandersSurvey, a stake on the E. B. line of original survey, from which ahickory 16 inches bears N. 44-1/2 W. 12 vrs, a hickory 12 in brs S.16-1/4 W. 11 vrs;
