Auction Sale of Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in real property described as follows:

Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the following described property, to wit:

Being 63 1/3 acres, more or less, a part of the John Kinsey 1280 acre survey, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the NE cor of a tract sold out of same survey to Lea Bailey, THENCE N. 60 E 700 vrs to the NW cor of the 106 acres in the NE cor of the same survey formerly owned by A. B. Hardin; THENCE S 30 E with the line of said 106 acre tract 510 vrs to corner; THENCE S. 60 W 700 vrs to the SE corner of said Hailey tract; THENCE N 30 W 510 vrs with said Hailey’s line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; and being the same property conveyed and described in Deed from W.W Harrison, Et Al, to Laura Tryon, dated January 28, 1916, recorded in Vol. 43 page 220, Deed records, Leon County, Texas, to which said instrument and record reference is hereby made for all purposes. Also, being the same land in a deed from Robert Tryon, et ux Willie Mae Tryon to Gorge Proctor, April 3, 1954, as of record in Vol. 218 Page 375 of the Deed Records of Leon County, Texas.
