• Those four Open Space lots of land being shown as “OPEN SPACE AREA = 398,250+S.F.”, “OPEN SPACE AREA = 343,033+S.F.”, “OPEN SPACE AREA=178,290+S.F.” and “OPEN SPACE AREA = 150,327+S.F.” all as shown on a Subdivision Plan entitled “Christina Estates At Baker Hill Hingham, MA Definitive Subdivision” dated March 25, 1999 and prepared for Intoccia Construction by Coler & Colantonio, INc. Engineers and Scientists and recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 793 of 2000 in Plan Book 43, Pages 1182 – 1193 to which plan reference is made for a more particular description of said open space lots.

Roadway
