• NC PIN: 3310-00-8691-000, lying and situated on the North side of New Savannah Road, and consisting of 33.35 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described in that deed recorded at Book 2256, Page 346, Pender County Registry;
• NC PIN: 3300-90-6570-000, lying and situated on the North side of New Savannah road, and consisting of 15.94 acres, more or less, and being more particular described in that deed recorded at Book 4345, Page 21, Pender County Registry; and
