Legal Description: Being that certain tract of improved real property situated in Mason County, Kentucky on the east side of the Hill City Pike and described more particularly as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of the Hill City Pike corner to Jane Moses; thence with her line and fence north 87-1/2 East 3770 feet, to a point common to this tract, to Moses and to Frank Hendrickson; thence with the line and fence of Hendrickson South 45-1/2 West 2356 feet, to a point common to this tract, to Hendrickson and to Schumacher; thence with the line and fence to Schumacher North 56 West 100 feet; thence North 85 West 2122 feet, to a point in the centerline of the Hill City Pike; thence with its centerline North 5 East 1238 feet, to the beginning and containing 98.2 acres. Excepting therefrom existing utilities in place including high voltage transmission easement of East Kentucky Power.
