Approximately 6.71 Acres of Raw Land in Texas

Sale of approximately 6.71 acre tract of land formerly known as the Landing (the “Property”). The Landing was a condominium project consisting of 17 buildings housing 156 individual units and a marina located on a tract of land on Clear Lake in Harris County (the “Property”). In 2008, Hurricane Ike damaged the buildings comprising the Landing. A later fire caused further damage. The buildings at the Landing were later razed. The Property now consists of approximately 6.71 acres of raw land.
