A parcel of land out of and a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Three (3) East of the 6th Principal Meridian, Seward County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE%); thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 12 seconds West, along and with the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/), a distance of 829.78 feet to the point of beginning: thence South 00 degrees 21 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 374.39 feet; thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 12 seconds West, parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE%), a distance of 1,124.87 feet; thence North 20 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 204.89 feet; thence North 01 degrees 54 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 182.00 feet to a point on the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE%); thence North 89 degrees 10 minutes 12 seconds East, along and with the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SE74), a distance of 1,123.18 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 10.13 acres of land, more or less, subject to any easements, reservations or restrictions of record.
