Ten (10) acres, more or less, being all that part of the following described tract of land lying South of US Highway #24, as same is now located: All of Twenty and twenty-three hundredths (20.23) acres being the West part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirteen (13); Township Fifty-five (55) North, Range Nine (9) West; said tract being Forty and twenty-three hundredths (40.23) chains long and Fine and six-hundredths (5.06) chains wide at the North end, and Four and ninety-nine hundredths (4.99) chains wide at the South end; as shown by Surveyors Record “H” at page 20 in the Recorder’s Office of Monroe County, Missouri.
