32% interest in apartment house

The Debtor’s interest in an undivided 32% interest in a three unit apartment house at 342, 344, 344 ½ East 67^th Street, Los Angeles, California (“67^th Street”) held by Darin Davis and Sara Carolina Davis, Trustees of the Darin and Carolyn Davis Living Trust dated December 22, 2006 (“Davis Living Trust”), as tenant in common with Joshua Lester Levy and Kelly May Copeland Levy, Trustees of the Joshua and Kelly Levy Family Trust dated September 1, 2004 (“Levy Family Trust”), which owns an undivided 68% interest in 67^th Street.  67^th Street is subject to a deed of trust securing the obligation of the Davis Living Trust and the Levy Family Trust to pay a promissory note in the principal sum of $135,000.
