Additional Details
Two phase auction process:
- Phase 1 of the auction, Schneider will continue to market the Assets for bulk sale in five Bulk Lots as more fully described in Exhibit A on the attached PDF. The Bulk Auction will be conducted by written sealed bid submitted to Schneider on or before 12:00 noon on a date no later than January 30, 2018 with winning bids (if any) announced by 12:00 noon on date no later than February 1, 2018.
- Phase 2 of the Auction will be a live auction (“Live Auction”) for the Assets remaining after the Bulk Auction. The Live Auction shall occur on or before February 21, 2018 and shall take place at the Plant Real Property and online via live simulcast.
- Bid Deposit: $250,000
- Bid Increment: $10,000
