Sale of three parcels of real property located in Rigby, Idaho, known by the following legal descriptions (hereinafter collectively known as “Shop Property”):

• Parcel 1: Beginning at a point 138 rods East of the Northwest Corner of Section 11, Township 4 North, Range 39, East of the Boise Meridian, Jefferson County, Idaho; and running thence South 428 feet; thence West 120 feet; thence North 428 feet; thence East 120 feet to the Point of Beginning;
• Parcel 2: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 4 North, Range 39, East of the Boise Meridian, Jefferson County, Idaho, being described as follows: Beginning at a point that is North 89°56'27" East 2157.00 feet along the section line, and South 00°14'21" West 424.36 feet from the Northwest Corner of said Section 11; and running thence South 00°14'21" West 3.64 feet; thence North 89°56'27" East 481.74 feet to the North-South center section line of said section; thence along said center section line South 00°10'34" West 1467.99 feet to the center line of the Labelle Canal; thence along said centerline the following three (3) courses: (1) North 50°47'49" West 840.51 feet; (2) thence North 53°46'27" West 39.96 feet; (3) thence North 35°47'19" West 237.14 feet to the Easterly boundary extended of Record of Survey, Instrument No. 283953, recorded in Jefferson County; thence along said boundary the following two (2) courses: (1) North 00°14'21" East 722.87 feet; (2) thence North 89°49'39" East 342.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
• Parcel 3: Township 4 North, Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian, Jefferson County, Idaho. Section 11: Commencing at a point 2433 feet East of the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11 and running thence South 428 feet; thence East 207 feet; thence North 428 feet; thence West 207 feet to the Point of Beginning. Except that portion conveyed to the State of Idaho by Deed recorded December 17, 1947, Book 141, Deeds Page 266.
