CLAIR HILLS SUBDIVISION” with a line lying 20.00 feet West of and parallel to the East Line of Lot 8B; thence South along a line forming an angle to the right of 90 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds with the course last described, also being the West Line of South Ruby Lane, a distance of 620.40 feet to the point of beginning.
